STRUCTURE OF OUR VOCATIONAL TRAINING

STAFFING
Qualified Arabic teachers were soughted from Birnin Kebbi, Lolo and the neighboring villages. We were able to get 12 gentlemen as staff for a start. Salaries were tagged on the staff based on their qualifications and schedules. An accommodation was provided for their comfort furnished with furniture’s and a generating set in the compound for their other activities. For quality and efficiency in the staffing activities, we introduced training the trainer programmes. We liase and link with Kaduna State Polytechnic, Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic Zaria, and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Department of Islamic Affairs .Gradually we wish to incorporates our activities with the above named Institutions so we can be qualify for an accreditation in due course by the grace of God Almighty.

SCHOOL COMMITTEE
The Qur’an and vocation training school has a committee. The entire village heads of the village and neighboring, selected teachers from other schools, the school teachers and some important dignitaries from Birnin Kebbi State Islamic Affairs. Meetings has been scheduled at the end of every term to discus and determines the progress targeted.

CHALENGES
We are confronted with enermous challenges which include space, building materials, i.e cements, blocks, Iron rod, roofing sheets, uniforms, hijabs and other learning materials, Qur’an, and other Islamic books. If we can sought for the vocational training facilities we need not to sent many of the students outside for the attachement on skill acquisions programme. We’ve in our purchases the sewing machines, tools and planks for carpentry mainsons and painting works, roofing and construction of doors pure water manufactory, block industries, juices making, soap making and other several skill acquision available in general. By the grace of Allah gradually we will accomplish them.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING
The vocational training is intended to be after the successful completion of 3 years study for the students. As we lack those plat forms at presents we’ve made arrangement to link with various skill acquisition workshops and firms. Our student will be sent for a year or 2 attachment year. Immediately they succesfully completed that a certificate will be awarded to them. We also work out a loan scheme for all, so they could fully practice what they learnt and service the society, thereby earning some incomes for their needs.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the above name school is a community development initiative founded by an individual. It is situated at Lolo Bagudo LGA of Kebbi State. He has made it open for all who will like to share his kind of believe. This is creating positive impact on individuals and the society for then to know God Almighty and worship him in addition to the enterprenuership development concept to alliviate poverty in the society. We hereby, solicited for contributions globally by all means available, donations will be highly appreciated, and prayers for God to accept our kind gestures to humanity.

The mission and vision of the school were all elaborate, a precise think tank brain and initiative of the founder. The overal concept is large, as the school is aimed to be a complete primary, secondary and higher education status in due cause Insha Allah. The first phase has provided a complete venue for more than 439 students male and female in all ages. All learning materials were provided , the mosque has the capacity of 1000 people at a time while 5 classroom are so far available with a total number of 12 staffs performing scheduled programme.

The school has an organised committee who discuss and determine the progress targeted. The challenges of the school were so far the worrisome as many things are lacking. The general concept was buggeted at 100 to 150 million naira though gradually we shall acomplish it, God willing. The vocational skill acquisition programme are for now, intended to be out side after the 3 years programme of the school. Arrangement shall be made to liase with the nearby skill acquisition firms and workshop where student will acquire hand work for a period of 1 to 2 years as the case may be. We look forward to all well meaning people who have humanity at their heart to contribute immensely so we can create differencies in mankind.
